After a long time i am updating my blog. The reason that explains why i was so offline last few month is :--> I have joined M.S. in education from the University of Houston ..:)
Since long i was waiting for my semester break to start so that, i can rejoin my color world.I am still trying to balance my hobbies along with the studies. As creative people usually don't give excuses, and they often keep their artistic hobby alive despite their commitment. Hopefully, i will be one of them. I found an excellent quote from "Tuesdays with Morrie" :-

When i started this crochet project i thought of making a teddy bear and even completed the body and head.But here comes the best part when i tried to sew it together it was a total disaster.
Out of frustration i cut the pattern and turned it in to my little fish...:)

A few years ago every tree was excited, bowing to the roaring storm, waving, swirling, tossing their branches in glorious enthusiasm like worship. But though to the outer ear these trees are now silent, their songs never cease. Every hidden cell is throbbing with music and life, every fiber thrilling like harp strings, while incense is ever flowing from the balsam bells and leaves. No wonder the hills and groves were God's first temples, and the more they are cut down and built into homes, the farther off and dimmer seems the god from us.
Thank God, they cannot cut down the clouds!

There was a time when i was planning to keep it aside and start a new painting.
When i started painting this piece of art it was looking marvellous but later i faced problem with shading of stones,flow of water and last the tower itself...:):)
So overall it was hard to do it on a small size canvas but
